Would it be possible to add functionality so a registration email can be selected per event?

Different events have different information which may relate to the location of the event, or documents relating to the event.

This way an admin could create events notification with information packs containing PDFs etc. then select which pack gets sent for each event

Same here. Would also need this functionality.
