Backend-Usergrouprights

Either we are all quite blind here, or a feature is missing, where you can allow a usergroup to only edit/delete news that they have granted rights to the specific category.

Scenario:
On the page, there are several usergroups with different rights. Each of that group has a dedicated area on the page with its own News Page (filtered by Category).

When the editor is creating a news, the category is correctly set by the system, but he has full rights in the backend to edit and also delete news from other categories that he is not a member of.
