Feature request: Meta Data for list module

Hey Kamil,

would it be possible to get the opportunity to set meta data (title & description) for the filtered category pages if they're in the search index? Sometimes it makes sense to have category pages in the search index but then they have the same meta data as the unfiltered listing page.

So I have www.example.org/de-CH/blog/category/reinigung.html with the Title "Blog - Company Name". It would be great if I could set specific meta data for each category.
Maybe when adding the category... because we're multilingual here. And the listing module could have a checkbox whether the specific meta data should be used or not.
