As part of the process to move away from Code For America, we likely will lose access to the Google Drive our current embed is on. Need to plan and implement HTML/React section for contact

I thought the plan was to create an Open Dallas drive and migrate all the stuff there?

A new version of the Google form seems easier; otherwise, we should prioritize it during the Website redesign

I've already tried to address this several times in Discord with no response. The last "lead meeting" there was a suggestion to move away from the embed, which I said was a nice to have and we should use the embed we currently have.

Yes, we discussed migrating to another drive but nothing has been done and we have several months to figure out if we want to continue with the embed (which would require redoing the file in Drive or OneDrive at some point) or if we wanted to hard code as per the suggestion.

That is what this task is for. And since it is an enhancement, it is not to be done for our next meeting.
