Flesh out the Need Help Page

The Need Help page currently just has the survey.js implementation of this flowchart. That is a good start, but there are other features that would be useful.

These include:

Blurbs for the three types of help:

• Physical/On site - These requests should go through United Way.
• Financial - Currently working on funding through FEMA, Red Cross, and United Way. The page should be fleshed out, but these can be placeholders until that info is finalized.
• Information - The flowchart is a start, but it can be expanded with a directory (the people and organizations from the flowchart) and a FAQ for the other information from the whiteboard screenshot.
