Please create a new branch from main branch and after completing below steps, create a pull request with main and assign a review to me or Ali.

Change folder name hospital to lab.
Change list_view.dart inside hospital folder to hospital_view.dart
Change folder name departments to indicators.
Change list_view.dart inside departments folder to indicator_view.dart
delete list_view inside suvey_submissions.
