Duplicate entries being created on conversion from incoming to model?

Additional convert seem to lead to additional duplicate entries being created (or counted twice?) as the final summation of hours in organization and project report jumps up significantly (from 60 to 80 engineering months!)

However, I've not been able to isolate a significant number of these duplicate entries (28 in issue #32, but that's not enough to explain).

Possibly a wayward join somewhere (maybe duplication of other entities than the entries themselves)?
