Implement Landing Page UI - GENERAL

Route:
User arrives at the homepage.
Clicks on "Start Practice" → Redirects to /wajo/practice
Clicks on "Login" → Opens login modal /wajo/login

Description:

Design homepage/ landing page layout as per Figma design

Add navigation bar (News, Awards, Competition, Contact, Login)

Display WAJO Olympiads banner and event information
will need to consider how to link competition info for the specific year to into this 'Updates' section since it needs to be changed every year! :)

anything you do is fine, otherwise if you're not sure how to link talk to us!

Include "Start Quiz" and "Start Practice" buttons (these should be generic buttons/ modal service object to include in diff pages) check if already created, if not then implement.
