Current status: I tried to find the correct web fragment to hook into for adding a new menu entry here but I had no success yet.

I looked through the sources of Jira Software and found this file to be in charge of the menu:

jira-greenhopper-plugin-7.12.0-DAILY20180824023037/includes/js/rapid/ui/plan/PlanContextMenuController.js

There is no hook available to add other menu items to this context dialog.

Scriptrunner has a solution to hook into this contextual menu. We have to dig into the code of greenhopper / agile boards to find out how to extend this context menu.

This context menu supports multiple issues to be selected. So this would also adress the feature request #61 as well.
