Problem about installation on macOS Ventura 13.1

When I am doing the installation of OrtogOnBlender and configuration files, I can not find the $HOME/programs file

mv: rename /Users/kuokchonweng/Downloads/OrtogOnBlender to /Users/kuokchonweng/Programs/OrtogOnBlender: No such file or directory

And I used ls -a command to find if there are any file names Programs in my /User/myownname, but there are no files name Programs. Where should the OrtogOnBlender file be stored? I thought I would have the same issue for the Blender file, so where should the Blender file also be stored?
