broken link to combine archives

I know you are all scrambling to get the new site up and running. I had an issue filed on libCombine:

sbmlteam/libCombine#55

noting that the old link to combine archives is no longer working. The question is what i should replace it with. Old link:

http://co.mbine.org/documents/archive

thanks @fbergmann - I think @matthiaskoenig had started a new effort to build that catalogue of standards...not sure how close to being ready that is for using (or at least predicting what the URL would be).

We are also aiming to get an archive of the old site up and running "soon" which should hopefully bring up the old standards catalogue.

FYI old website has been backed up to http://old_co.mbine.org.

Many old links can be used with a substitute of co with old_co, e.g. http://old_co.mbine.org/documents/archive

@matthiaskoenig is looking into a more long term solution.
