Dead links to OMEX and KiSAO

thanks for reporting the error @Midnighter. In general we are trying to migrate all mention of those old URLs to use the identifiers.org URIs instead, which do resolve. For example, OMEX would be

https://identifiers.org/combine.specifications:omex or more specifically
https://identifiers.org/combine.specifications:omex:version-1

But I do see that we don't have KiSAO under that umbrella. Currently there is

https://identifiers.org/biomodels.kisao

which resolves to the identifiers.org registry page, perhaps not the one we want here. This is primarily used for resolving the actual ontology terms, for example:

https://identifiers.org/biomodels.kisao:KISAO_0000057

@matthiaskoenig - should we add a KiSAO entry under

https://identifiers.org/combine.specifications:kisao ?
