Create ontology of the standards reusing infrastructure and methods from https://github.com/SED-ML/KiSAO

create OWL file
- basic graph
- link information from this repository, i.e. descriptions and fields
- add EDAM cross references
setup CI for release
register in OLS (ontology lookup service)
upload to bioportal
