Loading models directly from the WebUI

I would like to be able to just move the file to the right folder in WebUI and it will be transferred there.
This is very useful when the ComfyUI server itself is remotely located and you need to load a small Lora from another remote device without any extraneous software.

Copy extra_model_paths.yaml.example to extra_model_paths.yaml and edit extra_model_paths.yaml.
