We should avoid depending on non-stable libs wherever possible to get security updates and protection against breaking changes.

Currently storybook uses [email protected]

I briefly tried out upgrading before but there were breaking changes between the above alpha and the stable 2.x branch which mean we need logic changes in the school lookup component too. I've not had time to come back to this.

Relevant BCs are probably in this or this release.
