Use this repo for the multi-dataset work?

@aaarendt you mentioned this repo last November, as one dormant piece of work that could serve as a base for cross-dataset comparisons and science use cases.

This seems like a good initial home for the multi-dataset jupyter notebooks we discussed yesterday. If you agree, I'll start using it.

This repo is built as a python package with a couple of notebooks. Ultimately, we could build on the initial package code if we feel that's a good way forward.
