The RCI module adds QED corrections like the Breit-interaction and self energy. But it also has the option "Include contribution of H (Transverse)?" to which I wasn't able to find more information in the literature about Grasp*.
What does it mean? Is it connected to the photon transverse or something different? I would appreciate some related literature and/or formula if possible.
Dear Anja
The transverse photon interaction is discussed in I.P. Grant, Relativistic Quantum Theory of Atoms and Molecules, chapter 4.
See also https://iopscience.iop.org/article/10.1088/0022-3700/13/14/007/meta where it is referred to as the transverse electron-electron interaction.
Best wishes
Per
