Redo (?) in hugo

ATM it is heavily based on https://github.com/buddycloud/buddycloud.com and has nice features for the menu and nice styling but otherwise quite awkward. I think it might be nice to redo it in hugo with taxonomies for center members, projects, etc

I think it is a good idea. YAML instead of HTML, and we will have much better support because it is a more popular framework by far.
