Podman Desktop Update feature QE Coverage

The Podman Desktop automatic update is a core feature of Podman Desktop installation and requires an automation to be proposed to verify that this scenario works as expected. This is response to #7114.

Additional context

Consists of:

• Implement the E2E update path of the Podman Desktop #7931
• Automate the Podman Desktop updater on Windows #8635
• Automate the Podman Desktop updater e2e test on Mac OS #9214

I believe that we can automate the task on GitHub Actions as we have all platforms available for this type of E2E test. It might be a part of PR check or nightly run.

Update: After the discussion, it might be the best to add the workflow to be run on dependabot PRs, since this was usual place where is started to fail after an upstream bug in electron-updater (not verified claim). Also, adding the test to run after merge can help to avoid any other kind of problems coming from code changes.

Note: Automate the Podman Desktop updater on linux - not possible, update is available only for windows/mac os.
