Support include section for docker compose

Description

I have created a docker compose that uses include which includes sub docker files

but when using Coolify it only parse the top level file.

• this is the top level docker compose file

I can confirm that this is not working on v4.0.0-beta.380

It really would be great to generally improve the support for Docker (compose) resources, the lack of the restart button and include can make managing larger projects a little tough
