Double singleRequest to DFP when using afterAdBlocked callback

I'm getting double network request to DFP when I'm using the afterAdBlocked callback.
Not sure why, but when I remove the callback from the $.dfp init function it works OK with 1 network requests.

Can someone confirm its a bug? Thanks!

Due how different adblockers work, this is needed for AdBlock. It early checks if the script can be loaded and aborts if it fails. Some adblockers return positive status codes for scripts in a later stage of initialization.
