Faster Speaking Rate == Better Sound

I was playing around with the horizontal slider here https://olawod.github.io/FreeVC-demo/

and I realized that the metallic sound, that plagues TTS, goes away as you speed up the speaking rate (decrease the thumb of the horizontal slider).

The VITS tts I've been happy with was set to very fast, but slow it down, and I start hearing a metallic sound.

Even the OpenAI tts sounds metallic sometimes, but you can probably just speed it up, and then you cant perceive it.
