Since moving across to its own repo and migrating completely across to docusaurus, we only have one step left which is to fix all of the broken links. This is due to us changing the file paths with the new design.

cosmos/cosmos-sdk-docs#12 - This is the open PR which the links started being fixed but there are still about 800 to go

since we are using vuepress for the old ones is this still needed?

since 0.45 is now deprecated, i think the links are fine as is and we dont have to spend time doing this cleanup
