The timer display options are currently controlled globally in the editor interface

We would like to extend this to allow customising on a per view basis.

As a first step, we would expose the timer type select menu, which would allow the users to make the timer

  • count up
  • count down
  • be time of day

The change should be effective in the /minimal and /timer views
