As a prior authorization questionnaire author, I need guidance on how to request and manipulate resources from a US Core compliant FHIR server

Describe the solution you'd like
Guidance pages for each Resource that contains:

• Modifier elements, together with functions we might to consider providing to enable filtering
• Search parameter availiability (required and optional)
• Cross version considerations?
• Potential helper functions available (e.g. min/max/most recent for observations)
