[5.x]: Nested entries in CKEditor don't show on disabled sites.

What happened?

Description

I'm using nested entries in CKEditor on a disabled site. When previewing the content the nested entry is showing as 'Entry 13600'.

This only happens on disabled sites. We have a multi site setup and some of the site groups can't be live yet.

Steps to reproduce

1.Create a CKEditor field with nested entries
2. Use this field on a disabled site
3. Confirm the nested entry is not showing

Expected behavior

Display the content of the nested entry.

Actual behavior

Nested entry is showing as 'Entry 13600'
