Possible (documentation) issue with `/backup` folder #229

Coming from a community report:

cr> CREATE REPOSITORY myrepo TYPE fs WITH (location='/backup');
... works if /backup folder has userid=1000 owner (or crate user, not root).

Is there any action to be taken here? Either on the Dockerfile, or better on the user documentation?
