Describe the bug
"AskIdentityManager.exe has encountered a serious issue and needs to close" error appears upon clicking the login button

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Install Fusion 360 via snap
  2. Click on login
  3. See error

Expected behavior
Takes me to firefox to sign in

Please, test this workaround! :)

Unfortunately, the problem is that it won't even start the browser, so there is no way to get a retry link.
With the installation via snap, the directory structure would be a bit different. So, this specific workaround doesn't work. To be more specific, I'm not sure if that workaround applies to the problem we are describing here.

Besides that, I tried to install on Arch via Snap as well. And got exactly the same behavior, it crashes on trying to start "AdsIdentityManager.exe" on "Unimplemented function bcp47langs dll.GetUserLanguages"

There is a "Closed issue" with a workaround for this specific problem with the bcp47langs. But the problem with snap, that the wine installed in the system and wine inside the snap package are separate.
I don't know an easy way to change wine configuration within the fusion package.
I would appreciate it if someone could explain to me how to do it.
