Transform laptop camera stream into drone camera stream dimensions

We want to test our hand detection AI on our laptop's cameras before we test it on the drone's camera so that we can test the code we write quicker than having to wait until we use the drone.

OpenCV has modules for transforming the camera stream input into the dimensions that we would require it to be. You may need access to the drone and get its input to see if the inputs are identical.
