Since we have switched the project from Ant to Maven, it makes sense to create a public Maven repository to publish new versions to rather than using IvyRoundUp

Creating our own little repository is frowned upon - it is better to use the Central repository. http://maven.apache.org/guides/mini/guide-central-repository-upload.html
