Fix connector overload errors #42

Under heavy load, the server will report connector overload errors. The server continues to run, but it looks like there is some throttling in throughput. This connector error is apparently a well-known problem:

The developer suggests that Restlet 2.1 RC6 will fix the problem, or switching to a production server connector.

We are now running Restlet 2.1.1 and the Jetty connectors. This may be fixed.

Changing priority to low since this might be fixed with the Jetty connector. Going to leave open for now.
