The eGauge XML format has both a legacy v0.01 format and a newer v1.00 format. The eGauge sensor currently uses the v0.01 format, but we should probably switch to the v1.00 format since that is the later version.

Not sure how to get energy data out of the new 1.0 xml http://www.egauge.net/docs/egauge-xml-api.pdf vs. the 0.01. Holding off on this issue.
