If I run the artificial_varations notebook fresh (no precomputed data), then i get independent results in the gains. If I then run it again and it loads precomputed data, then the normal walking and perturbed walking both give the perturbed walking results.

This may have just been an error in my notebook and not the lib in utils.py.
