Whenever U.S. Congress suspends the debt ceiling, there is an asterisk (*) and a footnote that says until when it is suspended; in 2015, the footnote is not correctly reflected in the data because the footnote just says "Statutory Debt Limit Statutory debt limit temporarily suspended through March" instead of "Statutory debt limit temporarily suspended through March 15, 2015" (this is likely because of spacing issue; there are two spaces between March and 15. This happens for the data as of January 2, 2015:

We should probably check for all other instances of the asterisk and make sure similar issues do not pop up. The asterisk is tricky.
