The Treasury sent us updated item descriptions as of 2014. We need to check the "TreasuryIO_ItemDescriptions" csv file to make sure that these are reflected in there and add any new item names in consultation with the U.S. Treasury.

Updated on 1/11/2017 to add in "Foreign Deposits Military Sales" description; still need to contact Treasury to get the others.
