We should consider adding a test for each video codec that exercises the maximum bitrate likely to be seen in the real-world.
For example, 4K HDR live HEVC with single pass encoding could easily need 30-35 MBit/sec. This should be encrypted.
Each such stream would probably need to be a few minutes long. A 20s-30s test stream may not be enough for issues to become apparent. Too long a stream would be a pain to handle.
