默认是utf-8编码，实测win10下打开gb2312文件是乱码，直接改vscode的文件编码配置也不行，得转成utf-8编码就能正常显示了

PC端已经支持，VSCode 版本暂不支持

如果是Windows的话，直接在记事本另存为，选择文件编码为utf-8即可。
