http://informatics.mayo.edu/exist/cts2/rest/codesystem/ActClass/versions/ does not resolve - http://informatics.mayo.edu/exist/cts2/rest/codesystem/ActClass/versions does.

This is consistent across the implementation - both should resolve to exactly the same thing.
