The introduction paragraph on the knowledge doubling speed is too general. It ignores the following issues:

• It speaks about year 0 but does not specify of which calendar
• The cited sources very probably ignore all the non-European knowledge as well as non-natural-science knowledge (Ethics, knowledge, very relative thingeys) - probably solvable by specifying the round of science we talk about
