Enhanced Support for New Dashboard Layouts and Sections in Decluttered Cards

With the introduction of new dashboard layouts and the ability to manage cards with more granular control, it would be great to see the declutter card component fully aligned with these new features.

Currently, as seen in the attached screenshot, the declutter card (on the right) condenses the card's content significantly compared to a standard tile card (on the left). While the decluttered version is visually cleaner, it doesn't take full advantage of the section-based dashboard layout, which offers a more flexible card management experience.

Requested Enhancements:
Section and Layout Compatibility: Enable the declutter card to support the new section-based layouts, ensuring that the design is consistent and works fluidly within the new dashboard framework.
Granular Customization Options: Offer additional configuration for the declutter card to toggle how much it condenses, allowing users to balance between a decluttered look and full tile functionality.
