I've often used TeXstudio on a KDE based distribution. It does not look so great under the Gnome desktop, so I looked for alternatives and ended up here at Setzer. I really like the clean and sort of minimalistic look (:+1:), but there's one feature I'm really missing:
The internal pdf view of TeXstudio has two modes to choose from.
The default tool is a magnifying glass that your cursor turns into. When you click anywhere in the document, a palm-sized circle appears with at least 2x magnification (see image). It's really handy when you're typing something A4-sized but want to see if it's set correctly.
The other tool is a grabber. It's like the normal cursor view, but when you click you grab the page and can drag it around. I guess this makes sense on touch devices and is not my main point here.
What do others think about this kind of feature?
