Add ability to focus multiple video streams in multi player, and also to save off the current layout (probably in user settings)

Closed in #1902

Added the ability to add more than 1 video to focus, and define direction of expansion (horizontal or vertical)

Settings persist via next/prev as before via a URL parameter.
