Because the auxiliary check programs (cwipc_realsense2_install_check.exe and friends) are in libexec/cwipc they don't have the correct DLLs such as realsense2.dll sitting right next to them.

This means they're going to search PATH for them, and they may find a different version of that library.

They will then give a spurious error message.

re @zhouzhouha this was one of the reasons your install didn't work today.

Turns out this is surprisingly difficult, it seems the only reasonable way is to get the module path. Punting on it for now.
