Hi Chris,

just want to say thank you for the code.
Had a lot of fun with knobs and playing some Carpenter tunes :)

Differences:

Removed PWA
Removed Polymer
Reworked knobs a bit
VanillaJS
ES6 Import/Export
Digital Jockey DJ Deck MIDI input
Wider piano (matches the one i have here)
Persistent settings
