Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The plugin does not currently support parallelization, despite Netlify being listed as a supported CI provider.

Describe the solution you'd like
I'd like the ability to provide a parallel = true flag in the netlify.toml file to enable parallelization

Describe alternatives you've considered
N/A

Additional context
Documentation says parallelization is not supported, but that appears to be from 2020 - #67

According to the latest Cypress version I'm using (v13.6.3), Netlify is listed as a supported CI provider. Any chance that parallelization could be supported soon?
