Overview player name error on server 18

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Login to your Gladiatus account on server 18.
2. Install the addon.
3. When the browser is restarted click on "Overview" and you will get the error 
message that I have attached below.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I don't know what is the expected output but I suspect it must be the same as 
in the screenshots under this link:

Operating system: Windows 7 x64 Ultimate

Are you playing gladiatus with or without centurion? Yes, with Centurion.
