file save corrupt

so I try to restore my game save file (PCSE00011), when I try open my game it's say save file is corrupt.

in my vita use only NoNpDrm and ReF00D, My game is original from bd (card/catrige). So, what should I do to fix it? I still didn't understand how to resolve it. Can I get my save data again? Thank you
