I can not dump, restore or anything...
I am in 3.65 enso.
The nightly versions before the GUI worked fine for me, but the recent GUI versions fails for everything.

Me too.So finally i went to use the 2.0.
After installing v2.0 reboot your vita and try again.
I follow this and succeed.
