problem: too many font sizes all over the page which creates visual inconsistency

task: change font sizes in the nav section of the community page challenge page so they look the same because they technically have the same hierarchy and purpose.
title should be in XS and body should be in SM.

• be sure to check the text color, border color for the updated color variable as well
