Fix new events flow

If a user clicks the "new event" button from the events list view, it should not take them to the calendar view (make a separate new events page like the new organizations page). Also, if they add an event from the calendar and make errors, those errors should be displayed in the calendar view. (Currently, it takes users to a separate page.)
